One Day Detox Plan


Upon waking - 1 glass of lemon juice

Before breakfast - 3 minute warm up exercise

Breakfast - Strawberry smoothie

Mid morning break - Green tea

Lunch hour - Cabbage & tomato with cucumber salad

Snack time - Fruit salad (any fruit)

Dinner - Green salad with with olive oil added

Wind down - 7 hours of sleep 


Follow to the Plan to the letter

No substitutes

No added drinks or foods

No butter or dressings

No added salt or sugar

We don't recommend doing this plan more than once a week
