5 Day Body Bootcamp Diet 

Day One

Breakfast - Porridge & fruit

Lunch- fruit & yoghurt

Dinner - Chicken breast or fish with salad or vegetables

Day Two

Breakfast - 2 eggs scrambled, poached or in an omelette with tomatoes, onion & mushrooms

Lunch- Soup & fruit 

Dinner - Chicken breast, steak or quorn with salad or vegetables

Day Three

Breakfast - 2 eggs scrambled, poached or in an omelette with or without spinach

Lunch- Baked sweet potato with beans & salad

Dinner - Chicken breast, steak or quorn with salad or vegetables

Day Four

 

Breakfast - 1 slice of brown toast with 2 eggs scrambled, poached or boiled with tomatoes & mushrooms

Lunch- Tuna salad or fruit & yoghurt

Dinner - Chicken breast, steak or quorn with salad or vegetables

Day Five

Breakfast - Porridge & fruit

Lunch- Soup & fruit 

Dinner - Chicken breast or fish with salad or vegetables

Guidelines

Stick to 3 cups of tea or coffee a day max

Use sweetener instead of sugar

Use low fat or fat free yoghurts

No dressings or butter

No added salt or sugar

Use low fat or homemade soup

Use herbs and spices to flavour

No fizzy drinks

Drink 2-3 litres of water each day
