Snack: Macadamia Nuts
Lunch: Shredded Chicken & Avocado
Dinner: Salmon & Greens
Day 3
Breakfast: Veggie Omelette
Snack: Bullet Proof Coffee
Lunch: Hummus & Cucumber
Dinner: Chicken & Lettuce Wholemeal Wraps
Day 4
Breakfast: 3 Hard Boiled Eggs
Snack: Apple Slices & Almond Butter
Lunch: Big mixed Vegetable Salad
Dinner: Steak & Half a Baked Sweet Potato

Breakfast: Green Smoothie
Snack: 1/2 Avocado
Lunch: Tuna & Cucumber
Dinner: Spinach & Quinoa cooked in Chicken Broth
Day 6
Breakfast: 2 Scrambled Eggs & 2 rashers of fat removed Bacon
Snack: Handful of Mixed Nuts
Lunch: Avocado, Quinoa & Tomatoes (Salt & Pepper)
Dinner: Steak & Lettuce Wholemeal Wraps
Day 7
Breakfast: Veggie Omelette
Snack: Bullet Proof Coffee
Lunch: Hummus & Carrots
Dinner: Chicken, Blueberries & Arugula Salad
Bullet Proof Coffee Recipe:
1. Boil 1 Cup of Filtered Water
2. Use the Filtered Water & 2.5tbsp of freshly ground coffee beans to brew strong black coffee
3. Add 1 tsp MCT Oil
4. Now add 1 tbsp grass-fed unsalted butter or ghee
5. Mix these ingredients in a blender for 20 seconds until creamy and no oil is on the surface.
